The goods are checked by the carrier at the departure and forwarded to destination only if it is intact, otherwise it is returned to the company. We take full responsibility for damaged goods. For this reason, if the package is visually damaged, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery or accept it but with reserve. If the external packaging is intact but inside there are damaged products, carefully perform the following actions: Photograph the entire contents of the package exactly as it appears.
